Coffs teams win big in Round 12

THE Coffs Coast Tigers have moved into the top 4 of the Coastal Premier League after a 3-0 win at home against the Boambee Bombers on Tuesday night.

The victory was their second in a row by three goals, and sees them sit in fourth spot equal on points with Port United with Port having a game in hand.

Round 12 also saw the Coffs City United Lions confirm their standing as premiership favourites with a 6-0 victory away from home against the Macleay Valley Rangers.

It was the Lions 9th win from 11 games this season as they remain unbeaten and sit seven points clear at the top of the ladder.

The Northern Storm maintained third spot on the ladder with a 4-0 win at home against the Taree Wildcats.

And Port United were convincing 5-1 winners in their local derby with the Port Saints.
