Coffs basketball heads towards finals

Coffs Harbour’s best basketballers are preparing to play off for the ultimate prize with just two rounds to go before this season’s finals series.

The Coffs Harbour Basketball Association’s season started in March before the COVID lockdown forced a shutdown and subsequent resumption in July.

Round 14 of the A-grade season was decided on Wednesday night, with league leaders Paradise Island maintaining their unbeaten record this season with a 68-60 win in their top of the table clash with Butter Chicken.

The finals will be played on Saturday, December 5.

The Coffs Harbour Basketball Association’s women’s A-grade season has also almost reached its finals series, with Let it Rain maintaining top spot on the ladder with a 51-47 win against Dynamic Signalling during the latest round.
