Harbour Knights make home debut

The newly formed Harbour Knights have played their first game at home, sharing the points in a 31-31 draw with Walcha during the second round of the New England Rugby Union season at Coffs Rugby Park.

The Knights played their first ever match the week before, with the new club starting off on a winning note with a 38-5 win against Glen Innes in the opening round.

The Harbour Knights are a new Coffs Harbour-based Rugby Union club who have entered this year’s New England Rugby Union competition.

The Knights are made up of players from the Coffs Harbour Snappers and the Southern Cross University Marlins who take part in the Upper Mid North Coast Rugby Union competition.

The Knights next game is against Robb Rugby Club in Armidale on Saturday afternoon.
