Season set for semis after final round

Semi-final spots were decided during the final round of the Coffs Harbour Basketball Association season this week at Sportz Central.

Teams clinched their spots for next week’s semi-finals as the best players in Coffs Harbour prepare to try to win this season’s title.

The Grafton Vikings finished their A-grade men’s regular season undefeated with an 86-66 win against Beijing Ducks.

Artisti finished second on the ladder with a 72-59 win against Hardknockz, with the two sides to play off in next week’s semi-finals.

Women’s competition.

The final round of the Coffs Harbour A Grade/Super League women’s competition was also decided this with the top four teams to play off in next Tuesday nights semi-finals at Sportz Central.

Fever finished the regular season as minor premiers while Mercury clinched the last semi-final spot with a 47-42 win against Wings.

Junior Suns selected

The Coffs Harbour Suns junior representative teams for 2020 have been named after two big Sundays of trialing at Sportz Central.

The Suns junior teams begin their 2020 representative seasons in Round 1 of the Northern Junior League in March.
